Cast Aways

Perfection has been thrown away and replaced with imperfection. Matthew 5:48 (KJV), “Be ye perfect even as your Father in Heaven is perfect” has been replaced with "be imperfect even as your father in hell is imperfect."

Holiness has been abandoned and unholiness has been adopted. I Peter 1:15-16 (KJV), “But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; because it is written, ‘Be ye holy; for I am holy’" was echoed by Peter in his teachings to the early church. Unfortunately, the current latter church no longer admonishes such instruction.

What Jesus Said, Taught, and Did (the STDs) has been left behind and satan’s Beliefs, Thoughts, and Wants (the BTWs) have become the standard within the church. Micah 6:8 declares while asking, “He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?”

John 14:23 (AMPC), Jesus made it clear, “If a person [really] loves Me, he will keep My word [obey My teaching]; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home (abode, special dwelling place) with him.” He further stated, “Anyone who does not [really] love Me does not observe and obey My teaching. And the teaching which you hear and heed is not Mine, but [comes] from the Father Who sent Me.”

DROP THE HOLY GHOST MIC OF CORRECTION!

I could go on and on providing the STDs of Jesus (what Jesus Said, Taught, and Did). We are His people and the sheep of His pasture (Psalm 100:3) and Jesus, again, from His mouth said, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:”

The piercing questions after the preceding great evidence are:

1. Do you really love Jesus? If so, has the Father come and made His home/abode/special dwelling place with you (in your heart)?

2. The voice that you are hearing, is it the voice of Jesus, or the voice of the devil providing you with the excuse “Ain’t nobody perfect,” therefore, you continue in your sin and ways as you promote satan's BTWs (Beliefs, Thoughts, and Wants).

This must be pondered. We recently completed the series on the Deep Fire Podcast concerning Shameless Lies Through Perfection and begun Shameless Lies Through Church Correction/Discipline. We're going even deeper into the Heart of God as it pertains to His church body and its behavior, outlook, and overall attitude toward obeying and living in His Word.
