WISDM Thoughts and Reflections
Falling Back
During this time of setting our clocks back, we must remember not to set our hearts, spirits, and minds back into the old habits of disobedience, unforgiveness, unrepentance, unteachableness, and unyielding; as this will keep us from moving forward and eventually cause us to fall into an eternal hell fire!

Your Commitment to Breathing
I want to speak encouragement to you; and admonish you for not just this next year, but for the rest of your life on this earth. Please simply allow yourself the opportunity to breathe - Inhale Jesus' Word of Life and Exhale the negativity of sin and its broken dreams, broken promises, disappointments, unforgiveness and "lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares you, and run with endurance the race that is set before you, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith." Hebrews 12: 1-2 NKJV.
This is your time, but only if you desire it. The ball is in your court. The Lord has already promised that, “If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you." John 15:7 NKJV.
How do you abide in Jesus? By entering the covenant (contractual) relationship through the obedience of His Word in Matthew 22:37-39, "You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment; and the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
This obedience and love can only come from your heart because heart- movement and function is how the Lord exists with us and desires to relate.
Remember, the natural body cannot receive blood to help the lungs operate (breathe) unless the heart is pumping efficiently. The same is true for the spiritual heart.
Therefore, lay aside the weights of sin clogging your spiritual arteries which are causing your spiritual heart not to pump the Word (Jesus) and His blood to your lungs so you can breathe properly. Thus, the choking, asthma attacks, bronchial infections will cease; and you can inhale the pure delivering breath and air of God. Then restoration, deliverance and healing can take place.

My word of epiphany to you from the throne of God is to “LET GO AND BREATHE”. Let go of the sin that so easily entangles you. Take in the breath of life from God and exhale every bit of bitterness, strife, unforgiveness, self-hatred and every ugly spirit which has been rooting and growing within your heart. God is a perfect and Holy God who will never leave, forsake or forget you. HE IS HOLY AND PERFECT! He does not function the way mortal man does. He is a friend and has called us friends (John 15:13-15).
More importantly, He sent His Holy and anointed Son, the Word, the Mighty One of Israel, the Great I Am - who put on flesh in the New Testament/Covenant by the shedding of His innocent blood to redeem You back to the Heart of God. The Heart that bleeds, yearns and longs to be intimate and close with You, the very essence of His heart and the foundation of His heart-love expressed in Creation. Thus, Zephaniah. 3:17 clearly says,
“The LORD your God in your midst, The Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.”
Breathe this in and allow it to marinate within your heart, spirit, body and soul. Be blessed indeed and rest.

 Prayer
Father God, I thank you in the Mighty and miraculous name of Jesus, that you have conquered every misgiving and lowly thought I have believed about myself because of my experiences, disappointments, failings, negative words from others. I give you praise because of your Son’s life on this earth and His sacrifice for my salvation, I can rise from the ashes of despair and breathe. I thank you for the breath of life that is restoring my heart and mind right now. I thank you that I can see and breathe in the fullness of your word, power and healing. Bless You, my Father and my Redeemer. You live in me and you want me, even when no one else wants me. Thank you for never leaving me and being my friend. Teach me how to walk in your breath and movements. Teach me to let go. I give you all the praise in your Son’s name, Jesus, the Christ, Amen, Amen, and Amen.
Be blessed and rest.
